Point Signal provides access to digital content (trading signal posts, analysis, and alerts) from creators. We do not execute trades, custody assets, or provide personalized investment advice. Content is educational and informational only.
3. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your local laws.
4. Accounts
- You are responsible for your login and for keeping it secure.
- You may delete your account at any time from Account > Delete Account or by contacting us.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Purchases and subscription management occur on the web at pointsignal.com. The iOS app provides read‑only access.
- Subscriptions auto‑renew until canceled. Cancel in your web account before the renewal to avoid future charges.
- Refunds: All fees are non‑refundable and non‑creditable, except where required by law. Cancel to stop future renewals; we do not provide partial-period refunds.
- EEA/UK consumers: Digital content right of withdrawal. By accessing content immediately after purchase, you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge you lose the 14‑day withdrawal right once delivery begins. If you do not consent, you may wait 14 days before access begins and retain the right to withdraw within that period.
6. Creator content and licenses
- Creators retain ownership of their posts. By posting, creators grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, display, and distribute their content through our Services.
- You receive a personal, non‑transferable license to view content for your own use. No redistribution, resale, or public posting without permission.
7. Prohibited uses
- No scraping, reverse engineering, automated collection, or sharing paid content.
- No market manipulation, front‑running, or illegal conduct.
- No posting of unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content.
8. Disclaimers; no advice
- Point Signal is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or money transmitter.
- Content is for educational/informational purposes only and is not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, cryptoasset, or instrument.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose all or a substantial portion of your capital.
9. Performance and hypothetical results

14. Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflicts rules. The state or federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new effective date and, for material changes, provide notice.
